Kingswood Liberal Democrats are delighted to announce that Adam Boyden has been approved as their candidate for the forthcoming General Election in the Kingswood constituency.
Adam has worked in nearby Bath for 20 years, and has a background in environmental and development planning. He has served the community for the past four years as a local councillor, and has a particular interest in environmental sustainability and community engagement.
Adam says:
“I am honoured to have been chosen as the Liberal Democrat candidate for Kingswood. I have worked hard all my life and I hope this will be good experience when it comes to standing up for Kingswood. I am determined to make Government more open and transparent, democratic, fairer, greener and more responsive to the community’s needs rather than just a privileged few”
“I want to help people get on in life and help those in need, and improve the services that bind the community together, our NHS, schools, and public transport. I will campaign for better paid local jobs, to rejuvenate Kingswood town centre, and to protect the Green Belt”
“I will campaign for a more sustainable and healthy environment and to combat climate change, for human rights, against discrimination, and for a better democracy. I will work hard, and I will work for the people of Kingswood”
Adam’s campaign in Kingswood will be launched with a Meet Your Candidate event, details of which will be announced shortly.

Perhaps Adam can tell us exactly what work he has carried out in Kingswood given he has never lived here and it appears all his work has been for Frome and Bath.
Only two candidates have worked and contributed to the Kingswood Constituency and that is Julie Lake BNP and Chris Skidmore Conservative. Their activism in Kingswood is well documented in local press over many years. How can Adam possibly represent local Kingswood people when he barely knows the area? This is a sham candidate,
